Today i came with a Topic on Job Responsibility Of Housekeeping Supervisor. As we all Know that supervisor plays an important and vital role to make the operation successful. A best supervisor can lead operation successfully. 

Today i am going to Tell you what all the Job Responsibility he has to carried out during his or her Job.

1) Oversee the Work of Housekeeping staff and ensure that hotels/ resort premises are clean and Tidy.

2) Ensuring that Guest feels 100% Satisfaction at hotel/ resorts.

3) Conduct Briefing for Associate for day to day operations.

4) Reporting to Housekeeping Executive for anything which required any specific action or attention,

5)Overseeing Staff Performance on Daily Basis, Checking Staff Checklist, Grooming etc.

6) Provide Training to housekeeping on Cleaning & Maintenance tasks.

7) Check Guest rooms, Public area, Back area, Lounge and other area for cleanliness & Maintenance.

8) Making Departmental weekly duty roaster, Training calendar, Extra cleaning schedule, Super cleaning Schedule, Public area cleaning schedule.

9) Monitoring the desk operation. Procuring Store Indent and Report to his or her senior for Non- available Items

10) Physical Verification of Guest Supplies, Lost & Found, Minibar items.

11) Preparing Monthly Inventory stock sheet for Linen, Guest supplies, Chemical, Minibar Items, Room assets.

12) Coordinate with Front desk to ensure that all arrival rooms were released on Time.

13) Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure that all the maintenance work are carried out before releasing it for guest.

14) Met Guest and Take their Feedback.
